Male Pubic Lift and Liposuction
Men may become concerned with an enlarged suprapubic fat pad, the tissue overlying the pubic region. In men, a prominent suprapubic fat pad can cause concealment of the penis, and men will be concerned about their penile length, much of which is concealed by fat.

Pubic Lift for Men: Advanced Treatment in Maryland
The suprapubic fat pad can become enlarged from aging and weight gain. Weight loss may result in redundant tissue, or more commonly an area difficult to target, and a large fat pad and fatty tissue results. This fatty tissue can contribute to a perceived diminished penile length.
Liposuction can be performed in this area, and redundant skin and fat can be surgically removed. This area can also be lifted to give a more natural appearance, and can be combined with a tummy tuck.
Dr. Boyle works with her colleague, Dr. Rachel Bluebond- Langner, at the University of Maryland for combined genital and body contouring procedures.
